We called around to many different funeral homes looking for the right place to have our loved one cremated. Rick was the first to respond out of the 10 that I contacted. He was so sweet, gentle, caring, and really made me feel like this was the best place. You can tell that they give great sincere care to their customers during such a greiving time for the family. Rick explained the entire process, what to expect, the time frames, and answered every question. They communicated with us and let us know when they had our loved one in there care. I highly recommend this beautiful place. They have many options to choose from and they are priced very reasonably. They may have been a little more expensive than a few others but the level of care and compassion superceeds any amount of money. Rick, thank you from the bottom of hearts. We recently lost our father & during this difficult time Heather & her staff took very good care of us. They were reliable, affordable & understanding. They took such good care of my dad & his memory. They had a huge selection of options & items for ur loved one. We had a beautiful viewing & then had my father cremated. Everything we done beautifully & efficiently!! We are super satisfied with all the services during this difficult time. After calling around during one of the most difficult times, I found Compass Pointe with a great rating. Within the first minute, I knew why. Rick laid out all the information and had my questions answered before I even had to ask. Chris was patient as I kept forgetting details I normally wouldn't as I kept reaching back out to clarify. There were no hidden fees. They made the process less painful, and my Momma was returned in a beautiful urn within the time they said.

Heather, Chris, and the rest of the team were incredible. Heather answered my initial call. I was grief stricken and could hardly get through our initial conversation. She guided me through next steps with patience and compassion. It was my first experience planning a funeral.
