I would like to say a huge Thank You to Jessica at Compassionate Care Pet Cremation in Baldwin for the excellent care she provided during my time off need. She treated my sweet boy Max with compassion and care. Her thoughtfulness during the process was above and beyond. From my first phone call to her she was just the sweetest and kindest. She helped me find a place to take my boy to since my vet was out of office. When I dropped Max off she was just so thoughtful and kind in such a heartbreaking circumstance. I am forever grateful for you! Thank you ❤️

My husband and I lost our sweet Miss Lucy unexpectedly October 31st 2025. We were and still are devastated. Sweet Miss Lucy would have been 11 yrs old Jan 1, 2026. There’s nothing needed more than comfort, love, kindness and compassion during such a difficult time. I called Compassionate Pet Care and spoke with Jessica who gave me all of those things and more. Jessica’s voice is comforting and through her words I could feel the love she has for animals. Her kindness guided me through what I needed to do and her compassion for what she does spoke volumes. Knowing Jessica would personally take care of our Miss Lucy made me breathe a little easier. Jessica was extremely detailed, very timely and personally handed our girls ashes back to us today. Miss Lucy is safely home thanks to Jessica and Compassionate Pet Care’s excellent services. I couldn’t imagine using any other company to take care of our fur babies. Many thanks Jessica!

This was my first time using Compassionate Care Pet Cremation in Baldwin for Cremation for family Cat. It’s an affordable deal without having to go through your vets office. and in the recent past I have had to bury a lot of my Favorite Longtime Cats and didn’t know till now this is close drive and very reasonable affordable option. The turn around is a few days or less getting your Private Pet ashes back. She also went the extra mile and saved some hair and beautifully wrote on the box and bag my pets name. As well as a card with the rainbow 🌈 bridge message. A nice keepsake/framable death certificate. She also sells beautiful urns and boxes and etc for additional cost. 🙏🏻

Jessica was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! When I first called it went to voicemail and she IMMEDIATELY called me back. She answered all my questions and I could tell by the sound of her voice that she genuinely cared about my pet and listened to everything I had to say. The day I dropped my sweet pup off, I got lost and Jessica stayed on the phone with me the whole way there guiding me how to get there. The office in Baldwin is SUPER clean and is VERY welcoming. Jessica took her time with me as I picked out an urn for my pup and she even took the time to listen to me as I talked about my pup that I was leaving with her. I KNEW i was leaving my pup in GREAT hands. My pup was about to be 19 years old and she was my heart so I wanted to make sure I was taking her somewhere that I trusted and that she would be well taken care of, and i know in my heart this was the right place for my pup! This will DEFINITELY be my place to go from now on if I have a pet that passes away. The next morning after dropping my pup off I had questions and Jessica immediately returned my phone call while I was in process of leaving a message. Jessica will talk to you on the phone and she will even text with you, any questions you may have. I am BEYOND THANKFUL for Jessica and THANKFUL that she was so willing to work with me in my needs and wants. Thank you again for this AMAZING experience Jessica and may GOD TRULY BLESS YOU!

What such great hospitality and care! When they provided ashes for my mom's pup years ago I knew I was set on taking by baby boy there. He was almost 15. I look forward to planting the seeds they gave us.Thank you all for what you do and helping us grieve during these rough times. If I could give 1000 stars I would!
