Compassionate Pet Cremation

Compassionate Pet Cremation has made my experience a little easier. Although my vet made errors in sending incorrect information to Compassionate Pet Cremation, they continued to work with me till everything was resolved. Justin took the time to walk through every step with me and helped with easing the heartache that came with the stress. I highly recommend working with them directly as that was the only way I was able to work through this myself.

I’m completely heartbroken all over again. Waited 2 weeks to get my boy back from this company. 1. The urn box doesn’t even look like the design on top was cut/carved correctly. 2. His name plate isn’t centered. 3. I asked for his dates April 29, 2013 - October 22, 2025 to be displayed. Instead I got the (4-29-13-10-22-25) which may not seem like a big deal to some but to me it’s everything. 4. I didn’t receive a ink paw print 5. I was not made aware of the paw print ornament having a name or stamps stamped in otherwise I would have asked them not to because it looks hideous. It’s not even legible or symmetrical This is everything I received for almost $300. And I’m completely beside myself because it’s not like I can get another ink paw print!!!!! They also didn’t disclose who was preforming the cremation so I wasn’t able to look anything up ahead of time.

They did such an amazing job with our little boy Bam Bam! I can definitely feel the love the put into it and the amount of respect they had for him. Thank you so much! Everything is perfect and we are so happy he's finally back home with us 💛

I called after we let my baby go to confirm some things. They were so understanding & helpful. We brought my baby home today & I'm still in awe of what a beautiful job they did. My boy came back with a beautiful urn, engraved name plate, certificate, clay paw print, lock of hair (his white & black hairs), and a beautiful rainbow bridge poem. My heart is so happy. Thank you Compassionate Pet Cremation, for taking such great care of my Mr. Wilson! I can feel the love you put into this.

I just picked up my sweet boy Copper from the emergency vet a few minutes ago. I just want to thank y’all too for what you did for my boy Copper it’s beautiful of all the hard work you did for him to come home. Thank you so much.
