What a great experience! Caring, efficient, timely, kind and reasonably priced. We had positive memorable experiences with them and the transport company they used First Coast. At a difficult time we felt supported and cared about along with our loved one. I made an effort to post this, they deserve great praise for the positive difference they are making in this world, thank you!

My experience has been so easy from the first contact when I called to purchase Crevasses’ service. Personnel that helped me with the details to getting the contracts signed. Each person I talked to was very helpful and respectful. When it came time to use the service for my husband, again everyone and everything was handled with respect and care. They made a losing a pet easier, and streamlined the processes with their shining, friendly, and sympathetic approach. I’m also in a move and they were very understanding to how that could affect the communication I mostly worked with Coral, her expertise, customer service, and friendly/ calming demeanor, could be used as the gold standard for any business model, she always willing to answer as many questions as I had in a very clear and understanding manner.

The employees at Crevasses are very knowledgeable, kind, and understanding. I used their service for my dad when he passed back in 2022 and they made a horrible situation much more manageable. They helped walk me and my mom through every step with care; we could not have navigated it on our own. I trust Alex R. so much that I got my pre-arrangements and Will settled with the Jacksonville location. Lindsay and (I think her names Michelle?) who handled the paperwork and payments were exceptionally helpful correcting the silly errors and accidental inconsistencies I had made - so they're very thorough. Any time a patient of mine or friend brings up end of life stuff in conversation, I always gently recommend Crevasses if they don't have any crematory selected. Thank y'all for doing what you do.
