Thank you guys for once again for taking care of another furbaby. As a former employee that moved 5 hours north years ago…we still make the drive back to use you. We sadly wish we didn't have to. But, we all know we can't keep our furbabies forever on this earth. Although, these memorial keepsakes feel like they are with us forever. You guys really know how to keep our pets not only in our hearts, but with us in keepsakes forever. Again, you guys are amazing and thank you for taking care of us in such hard times.

I need to express how impressed I was with Monarch. The empathy and professionalism these people operate with made my Chloe’s passing so much easier. She was 19 and on borrowed time so it wasn’t unexpected but it happened in the middle of the night on a Saturday and I was a mess. Someone answered at 1:30 in the morning and offered to come pick her up. I went Sunday morning to sign papers and pay and they were just so easy to work with and personable. This is ALL they do, not like some others that outsource, and they are masters at giving your fur baby their final goodbye in a comforting and respectful manner. The detail they went to for her memorial items was so unexpected and touching. The fur is arranged in the bottle so that it actually looks like her fur pattern. The paw print is true because I held her paw many times and the etching on the urn is beautiful. It was so personal and carefully done. Thank you.

Saying goodbye to a beloved pet is something no family is ever truly prepared for, and we recently had to say goodbye to my mom’s dog, Sasha. From the moment Dr. Mary Danley arrived at our home, she brought compassion, calm, and comfort when we needed it most. She was gentle, knowledgeable, and incredibly caring — with Sasha and with all of us — and she treated Sasha with the respect and dignity she deserved. After the home visit, Sasha was taken to Monarch Pet Services in Palm Beach, where the care and tenderness continued seamlessly. Christine Garcia guided us through every step with warm communication and genuine empathy. What meant the world to us was the beautiful memorial package Monarch created to honor Sasha’s life and the love my mom had for her companion. We received a thoughtfully prepared bag with Sasha’s remains, a heartfelt card, her paw and nose prints, and a small vial containing a lock of her hair to keep close to our hearts. The ashes were placed in a beautifully engraved wooden urn that read: “Sasha — Forever in Our Hearts, No Longer By My Side.” It was impossible not to cry. Every detail was handled with grace, beauty, and sincerity. Monarch created a tribute that truly honored Sasha’s memory and brought comfort during one of the most difficult moments of our lives. If you are facing this heartbreaking decision, know that Monarch will care for your pet like family. We are forever grateful.

Monarch took amazing care of our sweet dog Josey’s remains. As hard as it is too loose a beloved pet and family member, the team at Monarch made it slightly less painful with care, continuous updates and finally by giving us a beautifully and thoughtfully designed momento of our buddy. It brought tears to all of our family members eyes when we received his ashes back, complete with engraved name and paw print on his urn, handwritten note and more. I received a call this afternoon from someone working for Monarch Pet Services letting me know that my pets remains were available for pickup at my local veterinary. I was surprised to hear from them because I was told it would be 10+ days. They exceeded expectations with more than just that (only took 7 days). I was BLOWN AWAY with how everything turned out. The beautiful box that his remains are in, the paw print, the bottle with all 3 colors of his fur in it, a certificate of private cremation and a bookmark. Everything was personalized about him. I am so thankful that this company was chosen to complete everything. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you all. .
