I do not have enough kind things to say about Ms. Rakisha. After having a heart attack at prices with their sister company HG I was linked with Neptune Society for my mother's cremation. When I was contact, Ms. Rakisha made sure to even pay attention to little details, like how my mother had just had a birthday. That meant the world to me, and throughout out this process she has been so detail oriented, kind, and incredibly empathetic to my mother's passing. I truly recommend Neptune Society for others who have lost a loved one. As difficult of a process that this was for me- she made it easier. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

My husband and I were referred to Neptune Society by friends of ours who recommended the company. It was an easy process to establish our final wishes ahead of time so our family can move through that end of life process a little easier when the time comes. The representative we had was very knowledgeable and Allowed us to take our time and consider all our options.

Neptune Society has handled both my father and my mother‘s cremations over the course of the past five years. They are very easy to work with, there are no high-pressure sales, and they make the experience respectful and dignified. My parents, both being very practical, never wanted the family to spend thousands of dollars with a funeral home for a fancy casket and other amenities. This was the right process for our family and I strongly recommend Neptune Society.

During a trying time, they were compassionate and guided us gracefully through process. They kept us updated during the process and nearly a year later they still check in to see how we’re doing. So I never visited their facility, I placed all My husband‘s care and their capable hands. Johann Malivert, The director of the crematorium was more than kind, professional, and compassionate. They handled my husband in a dignified manner and with great care, and they kept me up-to-date on every move as they went through it.
