The captain and the crew were great. The 58’ boat was steady even in choppy conditions. The captain navigated around scattered showers and brought us to a calm area. The moment of the ceremony was fluid and organic. The decorations right on point. My sister brought rose petals in a basket and we were able to say good bye one more time. The gathering, the space for the words, the poem, it all gave us a moment to grieve, and bring closure to this season together. And the flowers floating on the boat trail allowed us to appreciate the beauty of the moment, saying a proper goodbye to a loved one. The beauty of the memories and the unrelenting love we shared as a family will always be with us, as the vastness of the ocean will always be with us. Thanks Captain Dawn.
