Orlando Pet Crematory is a great place to cremate your furry friends. We had to cremate our Yorkie after she passed, and the vet where we took her wanted to charge us $400 for the cremation plus the urn, which was insane. This place only charged $95, which was very reasonable. They gave us a beautiful urn, her paw print, a piece of her hair, and a certificate of cremation. I really recommend this place if you’re planning to cremate your furry friends.

Very caring place, highly recommended, called last night and Eddie was very helpful during this devastating time. We came in this morning and it was a very smooth and simple process and we will have the remains back to us tomorrow.

Orlando Pet Crematory was very professional and caring when my beloved Vizsla mix Roberto died. They cared for him with dignity, I highly recommend them. Their prices are also very competitive, their response time is instant. I called them at 2am and Eddie was available to take down my information. A few hours later he picked up Roberto, very professionally and his ashes were returned to me the next day. Thank you 🙏

Many thanks to Janene and Kevin. The previous crematory I've used in the past closed due to the owner retiring and their lengthy renovations. I've conducted my research for my current needs. I found Orlando Pet Crematory and read the reviews based on their high score. I didn't know what to expect as far as appearance since they are located within an industrial area. I was truly surprised! They have a cozy waiting room, offices and a conference room where I sat with Kevin to discuss my 14 year old cat, Kiki's remains. He took his time and explained the process: fur clippings, paw print and certificate, and showed me the urn Kiki will be coming home in, a lovely white with grey marbling with a large cat paw on the cover. Classy touch comparing the generic plastic white container that I gotten from other facilities. He took my specific fur clipping request: Kiki had a raccoon-like tail. Kevin drew up the contract. The price is very reasonable and competitive compared to my past experiences; I have cremated several cats at several different places. I asked if I could pick her up the next day, perhaps, the same time. He said, yes. I talked about her as a loving furbaby parent would. He said, they are like family to us. Kiki was ready to come home the next day. When I came in, I was greeted by the owner, Janene. Such a warm and caring person! She presented me with a small brown shopping bag and went over Kiki's contents and how to open urn if I wanted to transfer ashes. If I had a problem, to come back and they will open it for me. I received the certificate, paw print and Kiki's clippings. I felt a great sense of comfort as we discussed our pets and what they mean to us. It was a pleasant experience. They have a nice selection of urns and the prices are reasonable. Kiki was treated with respect and dignity. I am very satisfied with how she was handled and the professionalism and friendship both demonstrated to me. I truly recommend Orlando Pet Crematory. Janene and Kevin, thank you, again!!

Orlando Pet Crematory is the ONLY place to take care of your beloved pet. I just lost my 8 lb. Maltese Cocoabear on June 18th. On the morning 19th I called a few places which truthfully are just way to expensive for this service. One place wanted $475.00 just for cremation. Orlando Pet Crematory was the best price ($132.00) including a beautiful cherry wood box (urn) for Cocoa's ashes. Kevin took great care of Cocoa and today, one day later she is back home with her daddy. Thank you Kevin and the Orlando Pet Crematory, I am forever thankful for doing such a thorough and sensitive job with Cocoabear. Thank you again.
