They did an amazing job my Crosby who I had since he was 4 months old suddenly passed away while I was at work overnight, it hurt me so badly and I still can't stop crying till this day. but Pet Angel made me feel better after I picked up his ashes. So thank you, pet Angel😊

I want to start by saying that I entered this process feeling doubtful, scared, and worried that my pet’s remains wouldn’t be his. My beloved Max, who was with me for 14 years, passed away on Monday morning at the Doral hospital and was brought here for cremation services. After reading reviews and finding little to no information, I was convinced that what I would receive might not truly be my pet. However, when I called, a lovely woman (whose name I regret not getting) kindly walked me through the entire process Max went through. She educated me about each step, and when she heard me crying, she compassionately offered the option to pick up everything in person instead of having it delivered. I left quickly and was relieved to find that the location was less than 10 minutes away—a beautiful coincidence. When we arrived, she greeted me by name and had everything prepared. She carefully showed us everything, explained it thoroughly, and gave us a moment to grieve. The process was incredibly fast. Max was picked up on Monday, cremated on the 24th, and returned to us today June 26, with everything beautifully arranged. The ashes included small bone fragments, just as they should, and everything was meticulously labeled with Max’s name and a barcode to ensure proper tracking. I am finally at peace knowing that Max is back with us. I hope this review helps others in need of these services feel confident in leaving their beloved pets in such compassionate and capable hands.

We recently lost our pup Watson. It's been very difficult as losing any pet is and it's been made so much harder by the fact that had his vets done their jobs better, we could have extended his life or even reverse the condition he was facing. To make this all so much worse, today we received another pet's ashes instead of our Watson's. Mistakes happen and I get that...I've reached out through phone and email and I'm hoping we can get this fixed. We just want Watson to come home and we'd like to get Max home to his family who no doubt feel the same way. I'll update this review as needed.

Absolutely unbelievable service from Dr. Leah and the team. Very supportive and caring. Had an unfortunate event happen to our canine of 17 years and needed immediate at-home euthanasia. Took wonderful care of our beloved dog and very short notice. Showed incredible urgency and attention for our family. Leah was wonderful and showed so much support, and even contacted us afterwards to make sure we were handling it ok. They sent a very thoughtful card, they were fast and did an excellent job of handling the remains. Cannot recommend them enough.

Thank You for the great job you did for my yorkie Biggie Smalls. He came home to me yesterday and I was deeply touched. I also called your location freaking out twice and both times you were very cordial and sympathetic. Thank You so much!
