Pet Cremation of Kissimmee provides compassionate pet aftercare services in Orlando, FL.
We recently entrusted our beloved Lulu to Pet cremation of Kissimmee and we are very grateful for their compassionate and personalized care. From the beautiful paw print they provided to the nice wooden box containing Lulu’s ashes, every detail was handled with such care. The certificate with Lulu’s name and the touching poem in a lovely bag truly made the experience meaningful and heartfelt. In such a difficult time she walked me through every step and was patient, understanding and caring. Highly recommend their services.
Very kind and compassionate. Sadly we have had to use his service twice this past year. Highly recommend. RIP my sweet LuckyDog and my love Tip 💛
This place is the best. Yes I am late to post but they are very caring. They did the perfect paw print of my baby and treated her with the upmost respect. I tell everyone to go here.
My husband took our Kitty that passed away after 15 yrs of love as our baby girl. The staff at Pet Cremation of Kissimmee were more compassionate than the Veterinary office she passed at.. Thank you all so much your service was great we received her ashes and paw print the next day. Thank you again for your compassion towards the loss of our Kitty.
This is an updated review from 2017. I've used this place twice now once in 2017 and once last year. Initially, I really love the idea of private cremation and I had a good experience my first time using them. I had an okay experience my second time using them. What I didn't like on the second time was I seem to be a little more sloppy and less caring. When I arrived have my cat cremated. Someone else had arrived with their dog and they had the dog laying on a table with its legs sticking out halfway behind a curtain but not completely covered which I really didn't want to see a dead dog laying there on a slab when I approached to get my cat cremated. Also, my cat was shoved into a teeny tiny little box. I have received bigger boxes for getting my ferrets cremated than the box I received for my cat. So I'm wondering if I even got all of my cat's ashes back and it's smaller than the box I received for the first cat I brought to be cremated. You pay for a box to be included and I just felt like they gipped me by shoving my ashes into this teeny tiny box instead of a more appropriate fitting box. The second time around just felt rushed, sloppy and cheap. Obviously business is going well as they have two cremation machines now, why give your customers less than their first experience.
