Pet Passages - Largo, FL | Dignified Pet Cremation and In Home Euthanasia provides compassionate pet aftercare services in Tampa, FL.
We recently lost our 14 year old cat. Punkin was her name and we loved her dearly. We happened on Pet Passages in Largo Florida. We liked their website and the services they offered. We had Punkin cremated and their service was outstanding. Bob and Patty are wonderful caring people and we wanted to let the public know that if you lose a pet this is the place to go for services. Their passion made this terrible experience bearable and their support helped in out time of need. We highly recommend them if you ever need their servies.
I lost My Precious 15 year Old Peanut suddenly. I was in shock and grief and wasn’t sure who to call for cremation. I reached out to Dr. Hart who is well known in Tampa Bay for her hospice care and home euthanasia service. She’s very caring so I messaged her. She immediately referred me to Pet Passages. They were here in a few hours and Peanut was ready in a few days. I had car troubles and live far away from their office to pick up. So the owner reached out to me when he was coming my way and I met him off the interstate. Something they normally may not do but they were so kind they made it a priority to get him back to me. Their love and kindness made the situation less traumatizing. But what is really GREAT is the cost to have them pick up his body and cremate was the same if not less than many vets who take animals to cremate. If you have lost your pet this is the best service you could give yourself and your pet. Oh and they offer private, semi-private, and communal cremation. My baby came home in a beautiful velvet bag though they offer other urns, paw prints etc. Better than a 5 star,
My mom and I could not be more thankful or appreciative of the kindness and respect that we received from RJ at Pet Passages. We recently had to say goodbye to my best friend/emotional support animal/longtime family member of almost 18 years, our beloved cat Jenny. It was the most heartbreaking traumatic experience I ever wish I never had to do. While we were still grieving and hurting nevertheless, bringing Jenny to Pet Passages to be memorialized was the best most loving way to honor her as a deceased member of the family. RJ showed us the upmost kindness, respect, and empathy throughout the whole process. He tried to make us feel as comfortable as possible in that emotional time with his patience and understanding. He was there to honor our beloved kitty - not monopolize on a vulnerable grieving family and just profit from our pain. He sat down and really listened to what we wanted/needed as well asked all the right questions to ensure that we would be able to take Jenny home with all the beautiful reminders of her to remember forever as time goes on. We received our kitty back in a beautiful "fun kitty" shaped urn within a week, with a ink print of her paw and an unexpected extra few thoughtful smaller gifts complimentary of Pet Passages in the bag as well. It still hurt having to bring her home like that, but the healing process would have been alot more difficult if Pet Passages wasn't there for me and my family in this hard time. RJ has a big heart and does very meaningful work for all the families like mine that are in need of these kinds of services. It takes a special kind of soul to do this kind of work, and I am again very thankful for the experience that I had at Pet Passages. Thank you RJ! I recommend Pet Passages to anybody that wants to truly honor their pet and be treated like family.
I am so grateful for this establishment and the kindness and compassion that was shown to us during a very difficult time. We had to euthanize our beautiful cat, Hope, over the weekend. RJ agreed to meet us on Sunday morning to make arrangements and take her in. He was professional, kind and compassionate. He brought us into the rainbow room, where I placed her little body in a blanket and gave us the opportunity to say our farewells, offering sympathy and a big hug, which was much needed! I felt very comfortable knowing she was in such kind and gentle hands. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! We will be back (hopefully not too soon!) xxx
I am so grateful for Jennifer and Steven at Pet Passages on 130th in Largo for their tender care of Boo and me. I highly recommend this local business if you are in need of cremation services. My baby died at home, and they sweetly guided me through the process. Everything is done with dignity and utmost care on premises while other services contract out. Precious folks. They even got a nose print of Boo, who is Persian mix, and thus has an almost flat nose. Much love♥️ Many prayers 🙏
