Resting Rainbow Pet Cremation of Deerfield Beach provides compassionate pet aftercare services in Miami, FL.
Resting Rainbow of Port St Lucie (Not Sure why it's showing Deerfield Beach) was instrumental in coordinating the Cremation of, and more importantly the facilitation of, a Respectful and Reverent Send Off for my beloved dog Coco Houdini. I got back a beautiful hand carved Tree-of-Life Urn with a Name Placard. The Urn also has a lovely Inscription of my choosing on one side, on the other are the birth, adoption and passing dates. I also received a Certificate of Private Cremation with a lovely Rainbow Bridge Prayer on the flip side, a Pawprint in Envelope, a Glass Heart Necklace containing some of Coco's ashes. And a Candle for vigil which made this experience a pleasantly poignant one. Your Pet AND You are in Good Hands at Resting Rainbow. 💜🐕🙏🏻
I am deeply grateful for the compassion and respect shown by this place during Luna’s cremation. Dante was exceptional, patient, kind, and sincerely caring. They honored Luna beautifully and gave me a paw-print card along with a small heart filled with some of her ashes, which touched me more than I can express. In such a challenging moment, they brought comfort and dignity to her final journey. I highly recommend them.
I can’t say enough good things about Resting Rainbow of Deerfield. They brought light and care into one of the darkest moments of my life. Their compassion, kindness, and attention to detail truly made a difference. I’m deeply grateful for how respectfully they treated my beloved cat and our family. I would highly recommend them to anyone going through the loss of a furry baby ❤️
I’m pretty new to the PSL area. My beloved cockatiel passed away and I searched for a crematory to care for him. I was so fortunate to find Resting Rainbow, and Sam. He took his time to listen to me during such a sad time and listen to my needs. He went above and beyond with his care of my Little Dee and again took his time with us when we picked him up. I will entrust my pets with him again when that sad time comes again. I highly recommend if you need personal support and options for your beloved pet who has crossed the rainbow bridge.
I’ll start by saying this is the second time I’ve used this company, so obviously had a good prior experience. This time, I’d give less than one star if possible and would highly recommend anybody who cares about their pet go elsewhere. If you want the long story behind me saying as much, see below. Prior to taking our 1 year old puppy, Cashew, who very abruptly passed away (imagine the pain and emotions), I called to make sure they were open and in office. They have an answering service who told me that yes, somebody would be there as it was after 9 when I called. My partner and I got there and waited for 35 more minutes and me calling the answering service two additional times before someone got there. The guy that helped us didn’t offer any apology for being there an hour past when they opened and had an earbud in while asking us questions about our dog. At the very end before we left, he said ‘I’m sorry for your loss’ in the most uncaring tone a human could. I got a text ‘CasheR’ was ready to be picked up with her name being misspelled. When I got to the establishment, I rang the doorbell twice and then had to call their answering service to get somebody to come out front. I told the guy, who happened to be the same person that ‘helped us’ to begin with, her name was misspelled. He pulled out the card in the bag and now had her name spelled ‘Kashui.’ He went to the back and came out with a new card with her name spelled right and mine spelled wrong, but I was over it. He then proceeded to look and make sure everything was in there, including the velvet bag with ashes in it. Like what?! You’re unsure if ashes are in there?? You can guess what that did to my confidence we received the correct ashes. I’m sad, discouraged, and pissed, but I really don’t want another family to experience this when a loved pet passes.
