All Texas Cremation provides compassionate pet aftercare services in Dallas, TX.
My experience overall was good, no major issues. Whenever I reached out, the person who answered was always kind, patient, and helpful. My only feedback is to improve communication throughout the process. Many people going through this are first-timers, grieving, and unsure of what to expect. A little guidance goes a long way. After I signed the contract, I didn’t receive even a confirmation email. Weeks passed with no update until I got a call about payment. I paid immediately and was a bit surprised to learn that my grandmother hadn’t been cremated yet—but it wasn’t a major issue. Then more weeks went by with no contact until her ashes arrived. Suggestion: Please keep families updated without them having to reach out first. Even a simple “we’re still working on things” message would help tremendously. Thank you!

its never easy trying to find a a place to help with you loved ones but all texas cremation has made the process so easy and they were big helps David and Amanda and Richard were wonderful people could not ask for a better place to help with this process
Caring and Competent A chaplain at Medical City McKinney Hospital had a list with a wide variety of funeral homes; but when I mentioned that my mother had been explicit and insistent that she be buried with minimal expense, the chaplain strongly recommended All Texas Cremation. I am grateful for her helpful advice. Everyone at All Texas Cremation was kind and compassionate. They patiently answered my many questions, and they promptly responded to my emails and calls. I was especially impressed with the great care they took with conveying my mother's remains such as stressing the importance of a metallic identity tag that would help ensure the return of my mother's remains if they were somehow lost in transit. They also offered a keepsake lock of her hair free of charge. Overall, their prices were very reasonable. In an era where so many employees provide poor customer service because they feel underpaid or dislike their work, I am so thankful that the employees at All Texas Cremation showed great care and empathy in their work and helped me during a difficult period of grief. Poor customer service at a fast food restaurant or car wash can be disappointing or frustrating; when it involves the death of a loved one, it can be traumatizing. May the Lord bless the thoughtful and thorough staff at All Texas Cremation -- Amanda, Richard, and David -- who assisted me with my mother's passing and made a mournful duty bearable and even hopeful.
Losing a loved one is always hard. The team at all Texas cremation made the experience a little bit easier. They were prompt and courteous, even at 1 in the morning. They made everything as easy as possible on me and my family. I appreciated their responsiveness and their handling of my loved one.
