Neptune Society

My husband Bruce & I chose Neptune Society for our final arrangements. We both chose to be cremated. When we originally signed up, the presentation was done very respectfully with no pressure. We expressed our wishes & were told they could accommodate us. My husband passed away on December 2nd & one phone call to Neptune Society & they handled everything. I would highly recommend Neptune Society to assist you/your family through a very difficult time.

Neptune Society is a blessing. I didn't have to worry about a thing. My mother's remains were back faster than I expected. This company is so compassionate and caring. I can't thank them enough. Many blessings to a thoughtful company.

Well, I had to open my box I received when my wife and I signed up. My wife passed Dec.3rd, 2025. She passed at 9:15 pm. One call is all it took, to put their wheels in motion. I was SOOO impressed, by the 2 young ladies that were sent to help me with my wife. I don't think, I have EVER been treated, SOOO respectful, nice and polite. They did a very had job, and did it with such a professional and respectful attitude. And the rest of the staff, they were just as great! But, those 2 young ladies, were the best! Words cannot express how wonderful this organization is. They were, first of all, compassionate. They were efficient to the enth degree. They perform their duties while working with grieving families. I took a chance and called them and it was the best call I’ve ever made. I highly highly recommend them.

My wife and I recently met with Kristin Casteig, a pre-arrangement advisor at Neptune Society. She explained clearly how it all worked and we felt comfortable making the decision to sign on. Hopefully, we won't need their services for many years, but feel good knowing that things will be handled at the time of need, making it easier for our survivors.
