From the moment I had contact with Stephanie, (I hope I spelled her name right) everything was taken care of. Retrieval, cremation, full honors for a 31 year Marine Corps Vet, all I had to do was call. Stephanie repeatedly told me it was her honor to help with my Fathers final destination. Brenda was so very kind when she arrived to retrieve my Father. Stephanie made sure that my Father left our world with dignity. Veronica prepared him in full dress to be cremated. I called the day before the service to inquire about a vehicle service to which Stephanie had under control. It’s really hard to lose people. The people you choose to get you through should always be praised for doing the things that are very difficult for the family. Everyone will eventually need a business like this. When we received the news that the time was getting closer, we started to research our options. Reading many reviews, making several calls, emailing and even visiting some funeral homes we uncovered that cremations are priced differently for the same service. We came across TLC cremation and this is the best thing. The price for cremation was one of the best prices we found. My relative was at home when the event happened and all we had to do was a make a phone call. They treated my family and I with respect as well as allowed us to say our last goodbyes. Within two weeks we received the ashes TLC was in in contact with us throughout the process as well as very responsive to our questions and concerns. No one ever wants to lose a loved one, but if you do and are looking at cremation, I 100% recommend you use them.

Started out GREAT! Spoke with the owner before my father-in-law passed away. She was extremely helpful in helping me with what to expect and how much things would cost. When the time came, they were prompt in getting the process started. Once my invoice was paid I stopped hearing from anyone there and my calls often went unanswered for days at a time. It got very frustrating once he was in their care. Everything the owner told me to expect once the cremation was completed has not happened. NOTHING has gone the way she said it would! I will finally pick his ashes up next week after almost a month and thankfully be done with this place!
