Austin Cremations is an amazingly dignified and respectful place for anyone looking for cremation services. It is beautiful and the staff were so caring and respectful of my Aunt and myself. The staff is genuine in their care and I’m so glad I chose their services. I chose to handle things on the phone and on line and all was still handled perfectly by Austin Cremations.

Everyone there was very polite and caring and understanding in my difficult time of losing my mom. Company got back to be quickly about updates that were happening and when i would get my mom’s remains back. Company also followed all the additional requests i had about fingerprints and ashes being separated. Would definitely recommend. Thank you

Austin Cremations is of the highest quality and standards, I cannot find any faults in working with them. Having to make arrangements for someone is so difficult, but for myself, making those arrangements for my father was the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do. But I chose Austin Cremations and they were more than I expected. Kayla Jordan is wonderful to work with. When you can look into someone’s eyes and see that peaceful, gentle look, you know you have someone who truly cares. I called her way too many times but she didn’t seem to mind because she answered my questions right away or called me right back after I messaged her. You can depend on Austin Cremations to help you, not pressure you in any way. I can honestly say they are the best, and I cannot recommend them enough!!!

If you are looking for a place for cremation of your loved one, I couldn't speak more highly of the level of care and service they provided to me and my daughters. It was not just the affordability; it was much more. Gary walked us through everything with grace and compassion, and I couldn't be more appreciative. We can now move past this part and begin our grieving.

Nothing but positive things to say about these guys! They are top notch and Jim P. helped us through the "difficult decision" that was dumped in our laps when my father passed. They are worth the piece of mind and every penny we paid! From the pickup of my father at the hospital to the drop off of ashes, nothing but the best interaction and experience from this business. Do not pay what funeral homes are charging when you can have Austin Cremations take care of your needs from top to bottom. We were able to provide our own urn for my father's final resting place (picture attached).
