When time came for the need of their services, Full circle was a bright spot in an altogether awful time. I cannot express the appreciation and respect that I have for this company. When Tina and Dr. Schneider arrived at my home they showed nothing but the utmost professionalism and compassion for our situation. I had to put my Scarlett down at our vet, Affordable Pet Clinic on Little York. It was unexpected and I was emotional and heartbroken. My husband chose to cremate Scarlett for me. When I received her back today, she was in a beautiful keepsake box. I also received a framed paw print with her name and a touching poem. Thank you for making my grieving process bearable. Thank you for helping me memorialize her place in my heart and life.

Nothing but an amazing experience with FCPA! We lost our lab, Duke, in May and elected to receive his ashes returned back to us. The urn is beautiful and the paw print was just done so perfectly. Did a great job with my pit bull. But, when my mastiff mix died....I got no return call for days. Went with another company that actually responded to my call. Do not recommend
