I just cannot express what a blessing the folks at Funeral Caring USA have been. Mom's passing was sudden and they took great care of me, walking me through what comes next. In particular, Sandra Morales, the Funeral Director, was kind, compassionate, and transparent. There were absolutely no surprises. I am so grateful that someone referred them and I cannot recommend them more! I truly wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

Arrived very fast pick up our deceased mom. Very professional and showed great care in handling the remains. Called by funeral home next day. Sent documents for signing. Took care of planning at fort Sam cemetery. The lady who called us can't recall her name was very nice and compassionate.

Terri did an excellent job of giving direction and connecting with me and my family before the funeral. Everything went according to plan extremely satisfied with the outcome. My father was honored as a Vet It was beautiful

I just want to say thank you to the funeral coordinator Sandra for helping me at this time took alot of pressure off my shoulders. Super professional with a lil humor which made it that much more comforting. Death isn't easy but it helps when someone like Sandra can make u smile while grieving. Thanks a bunch !!!!
