Losing my beloved dog Lily was one of the hardest moments of my life, but Green Pet Care Cremation helped turn a heartbreaking experience into one filled with dignity, peace, and love. Lily’s ashes were returned in a beautiful wooden box engraved with her name on a metal plate—simple, elegant, and meaningful. The paw print keepsake brought me to tears. It’s so well made and captures her presence in a way I will cherish forever. Holding it, I feel a piece of her is still with me. Green Pet Care Cremation honored Lily’s memory with the respect she deserved. I am deeply grateful for their kindness, quality, and compassion during such an emotional time. We all know our pets are family and when the time to say goodbye comes, it’s always a difficult time. Thankfully Green Pet Care Center was there to help us through. I was referred to Glyn by a family member who had also lost a family pet and were impressed with the services they received. I called multiple times and Glyn answered every time. When I arrived, he and Mia greeted me at the door. I knew my pup was in great hands and would be treated with love. The entire process was all that I could ask for. Thank you!

My best friend of nine years Sugar Marshall passed at 5am Sunday November 16, 2025. I yelled, cried and paced the floor not knowing what to do. I contacted a few places and finally I told my brother I needed help finding the right place. My brother sent me over the information and told me to ask for Glen. I called and Glen answered the phone and insured me he would take care of Sugar and asked what was the best time for me to come in. Glen gave me time to regroup, once I made it I was still crying but he made me feel comfortable for leaving Sugar. I was told the process would take 7-10 days but I received a call November 20th that Sugar was ready. Again we set the pickup time for noon. Glen explained everything and I knew I made the right choice. I wish I could give one million stars because Glen went above and beyond! Sugar was my first pet and she was with me throughout my illness from breast cancer and open heart surgery. Thank you for everything you did for Sugar and I!

My son's fur kitty died today. I called at 1038pm and Glyn was amazing. He talked me through the website and met us back up at the office after 11pm. He was very very respectful and compassionate with my son when explaining the process. Thank you for being so caring!!
