When my dumbo rat honey girl passed away in a split second I had a realization I couldn't burry her...or my other two girls and I looked around everywhere to find a compassionate place where I felt my girls would be in good hands, they are so awesome here and I'm having to sadly head back this morning for a rescue rat who I dearly loved, I will be coming back whenever I need their services they are so kind and no matter how emotional I was they were so sweet to me. They explain everything really well and the prices are really fair too.

My sweet Ariel passed last Thursday after 15 1/2 years. It has been so hard we have had her since the moment she came into this world until the moment she left it in my arms. The day she died I was recommended this cremation services. I called barely able to speak through my tears and Amy was so kind answering all my questions. The next day I took her and Harrison was so kind and patient with me through my tears and grief. I called everyday to check on her until she was ready and Harrison was again so kind and patient with me despite I had been forgetful at times because of my grief but that never affected the way he treated me and kept me updated on her. I highly recommend these services it's affordable and they will go beyond expectations to assist you through your loss. I will always be forever grateful my sweet Ariel and I were treated so carefully with kindness. Thank you Amy and Harrison 🙏❤️🫂

This is the place with the most compassionate people I have met. Many people don’t realize that during the hardest, most out of control moment during your life when you’ve lost your pet and want to keep them forever, there are people who go above and beyond to take care of that burden with you and help your pet be cherished and memorized for years to come. With small exotic pets like my pet rats, they don’t have as much ashes produced, and can’t be cremated the way dogs and people can. This amazing woman goes up there herself and picks the ashes for my rats and I got the most I could from them because of her. She talked so soothingly, and was caring and loving for my pet rats that other strangers have never shown before. I had people ask why I kept my rats ashes and it was because this lady made it possible. When others don’t accept such small pets, this place cares for them.

Thank you very much for everything! We were very sad and heart-broken after our puppy passed. When I arrived Tommy made me feel welcome and comfortable. We were very happy, we chose the right place to cremate our little puppy. Words can't express our gratitude.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. Last week when I took them my dog, she had just passed away an hour before and I was distraught. Joann was so nice and patient. She sat with me, consoling me and shared a beautiful prayer. I never felt rushed and she was so accommodating, as my daughter and I were splitting the payment. Yesterday when I went to pick her up, it was just as wonderful of an experience. Michael was very friendly and again, there was no rush for me to leave, even though I got there fifteen minutes before closing. The urn is beautiful, as is the ceramic footprint. It is a beautiful tribute to an animal that was such an important part of my family for so long. I would highly recommend this business to anyone who is looking for a place that will take great care of your pet in your time of need.
