Paws in Heaven

After several months of our dog being chronically ill, we decided to let him rest. That same morning before taking him to the vet, I had called Paws in Heaven to ask about their services. The woman on the phone was very compassionate. She explained everything clearly and was so patient with me. We took our beloved pet to them and the woman there gave us all the time we needed to say our goodbyes. I highly recommend this place because of their professionalism and compassion.

I would Recommend this place, The ladies were extremely nice and explained to me how long it would take, and what the package consisted of. I called and was able to drop off my hedgehog literally right before they closed with no problems. I got back my hedgehog quills in a little glass jar and the clay with his paw prints on it (which was beautiful) and the ashes ofc. they made this process super easy and I’m super thankful for them🙏🏽

My previous experience was deleted.i suggested improving how you all handle things such as placing the animal in a bag in front of the family. That should be done when the family leaves. Second, family should not have to be constantly calling for updates. You all as the ones handling the animal, should reach out via email, text or call to update on what's going on. I was not given much info on when my pet would be ready the day I dropped him off. The kid at the Eastside was all smiley and looking like he was zoned out. Please train your folks to show more compassion. The kid at the Westside was very sweet as was the delivery kid. He was a young Asian guy, with very respectful kind words as he handed over my baby's ashes. I'm very grateful to you all, the package was beautiful with fur in a vial, and the paw print. I do recommend you all, but please have more compassion with us as we are dealing with a huge loss. Thank you!

I want to take the time to say thank you!! You ladies made this such an easy process! From the initial call with just answering questions that I had to the pick up of our beloved poocho !!! They answer your call regardless if it’s a Sunday!! I highly recommend paws in heaven for anyone who needs their pet cremated!!
