The Bridge Pet Memorial

On July 9, 2025 our Nuk crossed over the rainbow. I was lost on where to send him to get cremated and my cousin and a good friend both suggested The Bridge Pet Memorial. I gave them a call and from the moment the representative (Erica) answered she was so helpful. Very sweet and caring. The gentlemen that went to pick up Nuk to transport him to their location were also very kind. Overall everyone I spoke with at anytime was very sweet. I highly will recommend The Bridge for their services. They are very affordable as well. May God bless them all.

I’m so grateful to Bridge Pet Memorial for the gentle care and compassion shown during such a heartbreaking time. Receiving my baby’s ashes so thoughtfully prepared brought me peace, but what truly touched my heart was the beautiful card and the certificate they included❤️. Words can not express how grateful we are for The Bridge Pet Memorial services. We recently experienced the loss of our sweet Hercules, and wanted to have him privately cremated so he could return home. Their staff opened early for us, walked us through the process, and explained differences in cost with gentle and compassionate care. Their facility and staff show the amount of love and attention given to families and their beloved pets. In less than a week, our boy returned home. Though it was a hard time for our family, we are blessed to have used their services to ensure our baby boy was treated with dignity and respect.

Just WOW! I’m so glad my vet pointed me in the direction of The Bridge for my baby Sunday. I didn’t know what to expect being my first experience dealing with afterlife care but they laid out timelines and different options for keepsakes. Which I opted to have an extra paw print but only (4 days after) reading the pamphlet I noticed they offered hair clippings. So hoping and praying they still had her I called to see if it was too late and a man named Donovan explained he wasn’t in the office (Sunday) but he would definitely make note if possible. Monday I called back and spoke to a lady who said she had seen the notes. Thank god! Fast forward and I have my baby! Everything is beautiful! I appreciate you guys for the care you’ve shown my Sunny girl!

Very nice place. It's super quiet and relaxing and a place that I'm glad I came to for my baby, Hershey. They had given me the wrong design for the box, but I think this one suits Hershey better anyway. The bag, certification, and note card are very touching. Thank you.
