Angel Of Mercy Animal Critical Care, Inc. provides compassionate pet aftercare services in San Antonio, TX.
My dog was attacked by a pit bull and his lower mandible was severely damaged. From the minute I brought Rocky in for evaluation and surgery to his follow up visit to remove his sutures, the staff-Alex at the front desk, Dr. Jones, Dr. Dhakal, and everyone else-was so welcoming, attentive, and Rocky felt so comfortable with them. In my opinion, their fees are very reasonable. Their communication with me throughout Rocky’s procedures was excellent. Dr. Dhakal is a very knowledgeable and talented surgeon. He fixed my Rocky back up and you would never know he was ever injured. I can’t say enough positive things about Angel of Mercy Animal Critical Care. I would definitely trust them again to care for my dogs if needed. Thank you Angel of Mercy Animal Critical Care!
I want to thank the staff for their help always. Last Thursday evening/Friday morning we had to make a trip for our dog who recently was diagnosed with IVDD and I am glad for all the education and encouragement we received from them. They were way more thorough with education on caring for our dog with this new diagnosis. I understand this is difficult news for our family but we felt way more knowledgeable and comfortable with caring for our dog after this visit.
Angel of Mercy has always shown extraordinary compassion to every animal (my own pets and homeless dogs and cats) I've taken to them. It's been almost 20 years since the first time I had a need for their help and I've yet to have a bad experience with them. They don't try to "gouge your eye out". Their prices are fair, especially for an emergency clinic. They're the only one I recommend to friends. It takes a special kind of hero to help animals and humans in their scariest and most stressful moments. Angel of Mercy staff are literally angels of mercy, so humble and kind. I could never thank them enough!!
I have taken my dog Xena here twice. Once last year and again today. My pup is 1.5 years old, is hearing impaired, visual impairment, and autism-like behaviors (special needs). They have been really great with us. She is fearful and can’t put a muzzle on her but we power through and thankful for them. Dr. Dhakal and the staff are great
My baby girl Ally passed away this morning. Angels of Mercy has taken my other Yorkies. Ally is the last of my 4 Yorkies. She was 11 and a half. Angle of Mercy has always taken great care of my babies.
