The moment I called to get information about their services they were very helpful and just walked you through everything. They kept you updated throughout the whole process and it just made all the difference. Elena was very kind and went the extra mile when their phone line went down she made sure to call me from her personal cell to tell me that the lines were down and I could reach her on her cell if I needed anything. My experience with ATX Cremation has been amazing! From the first consultation call to getting the ball rolling with choosing them as our funeral home and the cremation process- Gabe and the rest of the team has been wonderful, and I couldn't have imagine going anywhere else. Me and my sisters are out of state, and dealing with unfortunate circumstances with our loved one, Gabriel's professionalism, warmth and compassion, and communication made us feel like we made the right choice with ATX. He took fantastic care of us from the very beginning and made our lives much easier during this hard time. He answered all of our questions, walked us through the steps, and frequently gave updates about everything and anything on their end. I cannot thank Gabe and everyone at ATX enough! In one of the most devastating times on my life - I am so thankful for the incredibly kind & compassionate people at ATX Cremation-Austin. Gabriel & Elena were so wonderful. Patient, helpful, understanding, gracious & you can tell just good good people. They were always very prompt & efficient with answering all my questions, accommodating to my needs & so NICE! They made handling this matter from out of state smooth which of course made this insanely emotional situation just a bit ‘easier’. The viewing room was beautiful & much better than we expected.
