Fond Memories Pet Cemetery and Crematorium provides compassionate pet aftercare services in Houston, TX.
Thank you for the beautiful return of our golden Koni. We loved her in life and at passing, and she was handled with love and care as she was prepared to come back home to us.
I just had a miserable experience on the phone with your telemarketer aka bereavement specialist. My dog died in surgery at the A&M veterinary clinic a few days ago and I was not able to be with him as he passed. I am heartbroken. I wanted to secure a handful of his fur before he is cremated. It is the only piece of him that I can get now. Your "specialist" called, trying to sell me a $300+ package deal, and said your hair bags are about 1 x 3 inches for $27, and if I want more hair than that, I will have to buy multiple bags at $27 apiece. This is unreasonable and cruel and exploiting my grief. I hope somebody who runs the place reads these reviews and can contact me before he is cremated next week. She had all the compassion of a telemarketer trying to sell me an extended auto warranty. I am very disappointed.
Unfortunately death is a part of owning a pet. My cat passed away unexpectedly and suddenly and I was able to bring her to fond memories, and get her back within a week. Including the urn, it was $320. It was important to get my girl’s ashes back and they treated the entire process with care, compassion, and efficiency, Mia specifically. Although it’s a little morbid to say, it was neat to see the feet impressions of all the exotic animals they’ve received. Hopefully not any time soon, but we will be using them in the future.
Fond Memories did an amazing job handling the passing of our beloved English Bulldog, Duke. When your heart feels torn in two, look no further than Fond Memories to assist your family during the passing of your pet. I sincerely recommend this establishment.
This company handled my dog’s cremation. They have lots of beautiful options for urns, and I am so grateful that they also give you a molded paw print of your pet in addition to returning their ashes to you. I was so worried that my dog’s deceased body wouldn’t be handled with care or respect once she was handed over to the cremation company, but I was reassured that she was handled with care and respect when I read the certificate of cremation they gave me in addition to her ashes and paw print. It reads “In Loving Memory of Summer, Cremated with care this 10th Day of June, 2025.” Thank you so much Fond Memories Pet Cemetery and Crematorium for what you do and for helping owners continue to honor their pets once they cross the rainbow bridge.
