I can’t thank Four Paws Cremation enough for the care and compassion they showed during such a difficult time. They were amazing from start to finish. They picked up our beloved Cooper promptly, handled everything with such dignity, and had his ashes ready for us in just two days. The communication throughout the process was exceptional—clear, kind, and reassuring. Knowing Cooper was in good hands gave us so much comfort. Truly grateful for their service during such a heartbreaking time. Highly recommend them to anyone going through the loss of a pet.

They may appear to be a small business, but they genuinely care about their customers. MJ was amazing when I called with all my questions. I reached out late at night after my dog passed away, and she was incredibly empathetic and supportive. Their prices are reasonable. I placed an order the following day, and they arrived promptly. They handled my dog's removal with great care and were quick with the turnaround. I was pleasantly surprised that they even returned the ashes to me, which is not something most places do. The urn they provided was of high quality; it is well-made and looks very nice. Overall, they took excellent care of me, and the experience was great. Plus, they are available 24/7. I would highly recommend them.

Our Duke made it back home to us so quick it almost surprised us because we are used to waiting weeks if not MONTHS for the vet to get ashes back. We used Four Paws Pet Cremation Services time and are forever grateful for their devotion to this line of work. The love and care they put into it all is incredible. They drove all the way to our home in Crosby, TX late Friday evening to pick him up after we put him to sleep, gave our kids a chance to say final goodbyes and send their pictures/letters with him, and had him cremated and drove him back to us by Sunday evening. The box holding his ashes is absolutely gorgeous, and we even got his paw print and a bottle of his fur along with a certificate, a prayer, and some seeds to plant. I will forever use Four Paws when we lose a pet. Absolutely amazing in every way. Thank you again!!!

My pet was ready a day before i had to reach out and ask whats the update.. guy very casually says oh well sometimes our messages dont go through to you guys.. i then proceeded to ask if could pick him up today.. they said no were closed??? So you cant call to let me know my dogs ready.. then i cant pick him up??? Im grieving!! Ive had my pet since i was 6 yrs old and im 19 now!! I dont find it fair that i paid $180 for you guys to not even try and call?? By the second day yall should be reaching out via CALL especially since yall are aware that the messages dont go through sometimes!!! That is ridiculous and i do not recommend.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received during such a difficult time. The process was incredibly fast and efficient. Everything was handled with great care and respect. The employee I interacted with was very friendly and compassionate, which made a huge difference. The final resting place they provided for my cat's ashes is a beautiful box. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs to say goodbye to their beloved pet. They made a painful experience a little bit easier.
