Mark is an absolute kind and professional owner to the highest degree. He handled everything in the most calm and caring way possible. I couldn’t begin to fathom what that man has to go through day in and day out, and yet he still maintains a composure that emits an energy that removes all doubt. He has a large silhouette, but it is as big as his heart. Mark helps animal’s remains cross the rainbow bridge in the most respectful way. To be open in a way that doesn’t lend itself to a Google review, he has a service that lets you see your loved one in a dignified way before letting go. His pricing is fair for anyone that is searching for that answer. Trust me on that one, because those calls are harder than you think. On top of that, he is the sole employee of this business. So, after the initial answering service that everyone has now, he is the person you talk to about arrangements. His is a difficult business. I couldn’t do it. Having someone that truly makes it feel this special is a blessing. God smiles upon people like him.

Loosing my precious baby at 12 years old has been so difficult. I have put my trust 100% with Marc, whose has already made me feel confident that my baby is being taken care of even at the very end. Mark at Lone Star Pet Services made the entire heartbreaking process easy. He was compassionate and understanding, patient with all the questions and never let us feel rushed while we (I) struggled to let go of our deeply loved pet. He met us there late on a Saturday afternoon, totally unplanned, and never let us feel he was bothered by the interruption of his own personal day. Lone Star is amazing. They make everything easy answer all the questions. We sadly lost our guy young they listen to us and made this already sad hard event easy with compassion and care.
