Me and my wife would like that Thank the staff here at Pet Memories for their wonderful service. We are still are heart broken due to our beloved Daughter that has passed away I will forever miss Christie and love her but I know her spirit is running free with no more pain. I am still greatful that we still have her mom Missy. Christie left this earth in Gods hands and he knew what was best for her. And since God was the one who created her, he didn’t want to see his love one suffer as well. She left in prayer and in peace and now she’s reunited with God and her dad. I know one day I will see her again and when I do I will never want to let go. She came back home were she belongs. Thank you everyone in the Staff for helping me bring Christie back home.

Pet Memories is a top notch organization! Not only was the pricing far less than similar organizations; the customer service was first rate with understanding personnel who were respectful as well as patient throughout. The included urn, in my opinion, was superior to those of extra cost. Last but not least. The urn with cremation certificate (spelling of the name was spot on) were delivered within 24 hours! Unheard of! I am 100% satisfied!

Dream , our little chihuahua was 15 years old(almost16) . She wasn’t eating anymore and was very weak, could barely breathe. We brought her in to this clinic that my moms friend recommended and they were very empathic with us and helped with the euthanasia process. We had never gone through this and it is a very hard thing to do . Me and my mom are super thankful for the clinic that helped with the process and the professionalism they had with us was 10/10. Dont hesitate to ask them for help if your angel pet isnt well. Thanks again for making sure our baby was treated the was she deserved in her last moments.

I cannot recommend this place enough. When our sweet dog Duchess passed away, they went above and beyond during one of the hardest moments of our lives. From picking her up with such care and dignity to returning her ashes, every interaction was handled with incredible kindness, compassion, and respect. The thought and consideration they put into everything truly meant the world to us. It was clear that Duchess was treated as a beloved family member, not just a pet, and that level of care brought us so much comfort during a heartbreaking time. We are endlessly grateful for the compassion they showed to Duchess and to our family. If you’re looking for a place that truly cares and treats your pet with love and dignity, this is it.

Didn't know what to expect when we had our grand dog cremated. The box was absolutely beautiful. It had his name on it. His name was Tank and he was a wonderful dog.He passed during a house fire along with his sister.He will be missed. 🥺
