I can't say enough about the kindness, patience, empathy from Todd at Restland. This was a totally unexpected death of my ex husband & I was already in a financial bind. Todd & his staff were amazing & stayed in constant contact while I had to plan this cremation. The package was received safely & quickly. I can tell so much care goes into the process. That was so important for my sons & I'm so grateful. I'd recommend Restland to anybody in the Dallas area. Todd is amazing!

Our experience with Restland, and especially with Melanie, our Funeral Director, and Andrew at Rembrandt Florist, was exceptional. From start to finish, everyone at Restland was supportive, thoughtful, and deeply caring. Melanie was a tremendous help with all of the logistics, and her calm, organized presence gave us real confidence that everything would go smoothly during the service — which it absolutely did. Knowing she was overseeing the details allowed us to be fully present and focused on honoring my step-mother. Working with Andrew was a true gift. He listened carefully to the vision my dad and I shared — a “tropical paradise” inspired by my step-mother’s love of the Virgin Islands — and then took it from there. It was such a relief to trust his judgment and not have to make one more decision during an already full and emotional time. The urn wreath and standing spray were absolutely beautiful and captured the Caribbean feel perfectly. The arrangements brought warmth, color, and light to the service and played a meaningful role in helping us celebrate her life. We loved them so much that we brought the flowers home afterward, and they are now filling my dad’s house in vases. We are deeply grateful to Melanie, Andrew, and everyone at Restland for their care, professionalism, and compassion. I would wholeheartedly recommend Restland to any family looking for a thoughtful, supportive, and beautifully handled experience during a difficult time.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible service we received at Restland Funeral Home. As someone who had never planned a service before, I initially felt overwhelmed and unsure of how to proceed. It started out really rocky, but then Andrea, the manager, stepped in and was an absolute lifesaver. Her compassion and guidance made all the difference during such a difficult time. Talina truly went above and beyond to ensure the flowers were exactly how I envisioned them. They turned out stunning and added a beautiful touch to the service. Jennifer was also a remarkable help; she worked tirelessly to make sure the programs and video were flawless, which greatly eased my mind. Throughout the viewing and service, Todd was excellent and showed the highest regard for my family and our fragile emotional state. His support meant the world to us during such a challenging time. In the end, what emerged was the most beautiful service I could have ever imagined. My dad received full military honors, and having the Patriot Riders in attendance made it an incredibly memorable way to honor his life and service. I had purchased a Christmas wreath for my parents headstone but needed an easel and plastic see thru wrapping to protect the wreath from rain and etc. I called Restland Dallas where my parents are laid to rest at the, Greenville rd. location and spoke with Kat, aka Kathryn in floral who than sold me an easel for the wreath. She then came out To my car and zip tied the Christmas wreath to the easel then wrapped it in celafane to protect it from the outside elements as it has very delicate ornaments on the wreath. Kathryn's kindness to me made my day as the holidays are always so difficult for me after losing my parents, which is hard enough to deal with but my health has been declining too. She took such a tremendous load off my back by zip tying and wrapping the wreath around the easel she sold me. Her empathy and grace stood out to me so very much and I told her so. She is such an asset to your business there at Restland funeral home that I think she deserves a Huge promotion and raise. She is top notch in customer care and is one in a million of a human being. Every detail was handled with professionalism and genuine kindness. They guided us through every step with patience and understanding, making a painful process feel a little lighter.
