Eternal Waters Aquamation provides compassionate pet aftercare services in Austin, TX.
If you are looking for somewhere with kind and compassionate people that will take care of your fur baby, this would be the place. Everything from the initial phone call to the last text after I picked up my boy was amazing. Lilia and her staff are very welcoming and deeply care about you and your furry loved one. She was even willing to (and able) to get ink prints of my baby’s paws for me on top of the clay print that they do. I was impressed with the amount of ashes that came back as well. My other 2 boys that were cremated elsewhere and not with aquamation didn’t have very many remains and they were much more coarse and not a fine powder like Ace’s are. I will definitely use Eternal Waters again when the time comes for my other babies and will be recommending them to my family and friends. Thank you Lilia, I greatly appreciate you and your staff.
Thank you to Lilia for taking such great care of my sweet boy after he passed. I was able to text and call leading up to when Alfie would be picked up and she answered every question with compassion and care. She came up to do a pickup after our home euthanasia appointment and gave me as much time as I needed to say goodbye. He traveled to eternal waters with his collar and wrapped in his blanket and I was able to get those back when I picked him up. I just picked my boy up today and I feel so much better knowing that he’s home and was in such great care the whole time. I’ll cherish his fur, paw print and whiskers forever. I’d recommend eternal waters to anyone making difficult decisions about their pet’s end of life care ❤️
This was my first time using Eternal Waters and my first time aquamating a pet in general. It was for a rabbit under 4 lbs and the price is on par with what you get for a usual cremation but I liked that the process is gentler and I'm glad I'm able to get more ashes back given her tiny size. I got her back within a week. My photo shows all the items you get (**minus the book; that was my own creation**). Lilia was very sweet, attentive, and helpful in answering all my questions when I was still in the preparation/planning stages weeks before I needed her services, as well as on the day of too. She wasn't in the office yet when I called, but was very accommodating and came in to help me. The whole process was very easy and she was patient with me as I picked out the size and color of the urn I wanted. The room with all the pet photos is an extremely nice touch (my Bunny should be on there too). It was touching to see they aquamate dwarf hamsters, reptiles, and birds too. I asked if I could paint the urn but she was honest in saying it wasn't recommended as it's polished wood and she offered to give me an additional unpolished urn for free. I decided to decline and decorate the urn I got with stickers instead, but even the original, unaltered design is very nice. Overall, I'm very happy with the service.
My parakeet of 10 years (Donnie), passed away. My heart has been broken since losing my best friend. I came across Eternal Waters Aquamation and after reading the beautiful reviews, I made the decision to take my sweet bird to them. From beginning to end, they treated him with the utmost respect and compassion that I was hoping for. The place had such a peaceful energy inside. And Lilia is a very sweet and kind person. She went above and beyond. She explained everything to me. And gave me time to say goodbye. They reassured me that my little bird’s body would be cared for throughout the process. I’m so happy I found them. Because they did just that. Upon picking him up he was placed inside a beautiful tiny wooden urn with the tree of life displayed on top. I’m forever grateful for everything they did for him. I have 3 of Donnie’s bird sisters. And when their time comes to pass over rainbow bridge, I will be sure to bring them to Eternal Waters Aquamation. ❤️
I would recommend Eternal Waters Aquamation to anyone who has had one of their beloved pets pass away. Lilia was wholly accommodating and considerate in the entire process, and we really felt like our babies would be treated well every step of the way. We live in Austin, and both times we've had our pets aquamated, either Lilia or her husband were willing to meet us halfway so we could lessen the cost of delivery and transport. We were able to arrange a pickup date within days after contacting them, and the whole process was about a week before we got our babies back, along with their fur clippings, whiskers, clay paw (and tail) prints, remains in a wooden box urn, plus a seed paper to plant in memory of our pets. I'm so glad that we chose Eternal Waters, and we're so thankful for the respect and dignity they gave our rat babies as a send-off.
