Unexpectedly lost my girl on a Sunday and was in shambles. While we had no time to even prepare for an event like this, Loyal Souls was quick to help us transport her from our house and preserve her in a timely and orderly fashion. I'm beyond grateful for the time I was given to give her one final hug goodbye before she was transported to their facility. She was delivered to us safely by the end of the week and I was even given the small token of fur as I requested just before we handed her over. Packaging was neat and clean, and service was extraordinarily very swift. Thank you to everyone at Loyal Souls who has helped make the grieving process much more smoother. 🤍

They are the best!!!!! They are professional amazing, outstanding, great people. My cat passed away at night and they picked up the phone immediately. They was willing to even come pick her up, but we drove over there and they took care of us. They took very good care of my Baby Girl Kyoko ❤️❤️❤️ I miss her so much.
