Mission Pet Memorials

Mission Pet Memorials staff and services were outstanding! Both Michelle and Catlin were compassionate, caring and very helpful. This a second time when I used their service, and even though it's never easy to lose your pet, the Mission Pet Memorials makes the grieving process bit easier. I would like to thank the entire MPM team for bringing comfort to our family after we lost Bobo.

My dog passed on a Saturday. I was in desperate need of to find a caring and reputable crematorium. I couldn’t get anyone to see me on a Saturday until I called Mission. They could see me right away and were so loving and caring. Their process was easy and made me feel very comfortable. I’m truly grateful for them. I highly recommend them. They gave me peace of mind at one of the saddest times in my life. I could not ask for more than that.

Cati from Mission Pet Memorials was an incredible source of compassion and care during one of the hardest moments of my life. They arrived quickly late at night after our dog Loca passed and gave me as much time as I needed to say goodbye—again and again—with so much patience and kindness. She even texted me when Loca arrived safely at their facility, and I was so touched to hear they would be gently bathing and grooming her. The fur clippings, paw prints, and nose print were done so beautifully. Cati even checked in on how I was doing when I came to pick up Loca’s ashes, and gave me a hug when I started to break down. I’ll never forget her kindness. Highly recommend using their services if you experience the loss of a beloved pet.

I have never written a review before but I felt compelled to write one after my experience here. My wife and I lost our cat suddenly on Memorial Day. I called and spoke with Michelle and she was so compassionate and helpful. My mind was racing 1000 miles per hour and she was so calm and patient with me. When I arrived at the facility, Alexis helped take care of us. She was amazing as well. She was so patient with me, allowing me all the time I needed, even though I know I was taking up her holiday. Thank you to everyone at Mission Pet Memorials for making one of our worst days a little bit brighter with your kindness and patience.

Katie was extremely helpful and very friendly throughout the entire process. I can never thank her enough for the help and support she provided my daughter and I from start to finish with the loss of our Harvey. We truly would have been lost without Katie's help.
