Precious Pets Cremation Services

I just want to thank Precious Pets for the service they provided for my baby. This was a very difficult experience for me. I never experienced losing a beloved pet before. I didn’t want to send my baby to the cremation provider that my vet used. They responded very quickly. They allowed me to bring my cat, Layla, wrapped in her blanket laying in her favorite box with her favorite toys and a letter I wrote to her and they said they would cremate her just like that. They allowed me to grieve and gave me so much time to say goodbye. I didn’t feel rushed at all. When it was time to pick her up… they didn’t say “hey your pet’s ashes are ready” like I’ve heard some places do. They were considerate with their words, they said “Layla is ready to be picked up” it’s the small things that make a huge difference. They were very fast with returning my baby to me and honestly it brought me so much comfort to have her back home. Thank you so much. Seriously. Thank you

Thank you so much for helping with our boy Rooker. Prices are more than fair for their excellent service. Having him back so quickly was a blessing. He's in a beautiful box, and we even got tufts of fur and a pawprint. Thank you a million times over.

The most hardest thing was loosing a dog, she passed away at 10pm on Thursday not know what to do next we knew we wanted to cremate her. We live in Denton all places for cremation were far but pet cremation was 24 hours. We called and was answer immediately, the gentleman answered all of our questions and told us about their services let us know to keep her cold. We started process online so easy. Next morning we took out little princess was told about 2-3 days. We got a call later that day she was ready. Such a beautiful presentation we were given and very compassionate. Highly recommend .

Great value to the dollar with their services. They picked up our animal on a weekend which was included with the cremation service. They created a beautiful box and took care of our baby with the upmost care. They’re so personable that when My Wife went to pick up our dogs remains. They asked how our son was doing because when they picked up our dog, our son was taking it pretty hard. I will forever use this company if I ever need services in the future.

It was a very well experience, We lost our fur baby and to be able to take him here so short notice was a huge relief. They gave us time to say our last goodbye and carried him away with care. It took about 2 days for us to receive our baby back and to bring him back home. He came home with a beautiful box with his ashes and his name engraved in a beautiful font, we also received a print of his paw and a lock of his hair. And we felt very appreciative that we were able to bring our fur baby here and take him back home with everything to still have him here with us. Thank you for caring for our fur baby, like how we would care for him.
