We had the lovely experience of having Sophie Ann’s Pet Burials take care of our beloved “Turbo.” He was our first dog, and everything about him was special. The day he passed was extremely hard—as any pet owner would understand. We didn’t know what to do at first: should we bury him, cremate him, or let the vet handle the remains? But deep down, we wanted to put our boy to rest in a meaningful and special way. After searching for help, my wife came across a service that assists families from beginning to end—laying their pets to rest while creating beautiful keepsakes to remember them by. That’s when we contacted Sophie Ann’s Pet Burials, and the first person we spoke to was Jakeisha. From the moment we talked, her kindness and understanding were so comforting. She truly cared about our situation and helped us make the best decision both emotionally and financially. We chose to have them assist with burying Turbo, and it was such a professional and beautiful experience. Deonte and Jakeisha handled everything—from picking up our pet, getting his paw print, and preparing his body for burial—all within the same day. Everything went so smoothly. On the day of the burial, they were prompt, organized, and kept us informed every step of the way. Most importantly, they gave us time to grieve and say our goodbyes without feeling rushed. That meant so much to us. Overall, it was a wonderful experience during one of the hardest times of our lives. I would like to share my heartfelt review of Sophie Ann’s Pet Burials. Our beloved cat, Bitty, was tragically hit by a car on a Saturday. In a rush and under difficult circumstances, I searched online for a pet cremation service "near me" at the last minute. I found Sophie Ann’s Pet Burials due to the glowing reviews, and I decided to give them a call. Deonte answered the phone and was incredibly kind and friendly. He reassured me, saying, “Don’t worry, we will come to you. We try to make this process as easy as possible for pet owners.” True to his word, his wife, JaKeisha, arrived at our location to retrieve our precious cat. JaKeisha explained the cremation process and went through the different packages available. After the cremation, both Deonte and JaKeisha took the time to return our cat's ashes to us personally. They not only consoled us and expressed their sympathy but also made us feel secure knowing our cat was in good hands. We genuinely appreciate the services they provided, and I would highly recommend them for pet burial and cremation services. I can speak from experience, as two months prior, my chihuahua passed away while we were visiting family in Florida, and I did not receive the same level of support I experienced with Sophie Ann’s Pet Burials. I never leave a review. Never. Anywhere. But, I knew I had to for Sophie Ann‘s Pet Burial bc it was such a difficult and emotional time for our entire family. They came into our home and treated our beloved Khloe with the utmost respect and compassion that she so deserved. That meant the world to us. I lost my Luna girl unexpectedly one night at home. It was a traumatic and devastating thing to experience and I did not know what to do. After a Google search, I came across Sophie Ann’s Pet Burials and I am so glad I did. I contacted Sophie Ann’s first thing in the morning, and within a few hours, LaKiesha and her husband came to my home to pick up Luna. LaKiesha was very kind and understanding of how devastating it can be to lose a fur baby. She was gentle in the way she discussed everything, and offered reassurance throughout. As hard as the experience is to go through, I knew Luna was in good hands. About a week later they delivered her urn to me. While it is a feeling I do not wish on anyone, if it is something you have to go through, I recommend Sophie Ann’s Pet Burials. You will not be disappointed.
