Initially I was feeling iffy because it didn’t have too many reviews but honestly reading every one it seemed so genuine and that everyone had a good experience working with Cynthia. When I spoke to Cynthia for the first time, her voice was very calming and she was very easy to talk to during this difficult time. Cynthia was very nice and explained everything to us and any questions we had. I was also able to text her as well with any concerns. I am so happy that we came here to Space City Pet Cremations, I knew my baby was in good hands. Thank you!

Cynthia was very communicative not only by phone but by text message as well. She was helpful and friendly. I was able to bring my pet in fairly quickly. I would definitely recommend her services!

Very respectful & caring experience. Emailed to find out if they accepted reptiles & they were very sympathetic and gave me a speedy response. Would recommend to any of my friends or family if needed. Went the extra mile & took very good care of my pet.
