Morgan did an incredible job helping my mother and I navigate the daunting task of planning a Celebration of Life service and private family viewing for my father recently. We felt supported, listened to, and taken care of during a really difficult time. All of the staff I spoke with on the phone during the planning were also so kind, professional, and helpful when we needed extra help with his lengthy obituary. There is so much that goes into planning an event like this, and at a time when grief is still raw, the staff have a gift for tending to clients well. We are so grateful.

Tom is absolutely the best. The review is for an urn purchase. My mother lived and passed in Dallas but I live local in Austin. It was most stressful planning the funeral and I was having the most challenging time finding the right urn. Fortunately, this funeral home carried it, and Tom helped me secure overnight shipping. He was patient, and courteous throughout the brief engagement and most of all was honest - NO PRICE GOUGING! I didn't have to chase, he called me right when it came in. If I could have moved my mom's funeral to Austin, I would have had Tom handle my mom's service the way he helped me out.
